About Me
I’m a business systems analyst and technical thinker with 30 years of experience translating between people and machines. I understand how systems work—both human and digital—and I’ve built a career helping them communicate clearly.
My background spans database design, legacy system rescue, workflow analysis, and unraveling the kinds of undocumented messes that make others run. I didn’t learn this in a classroom; I learned it by digging in, asking the right questions, and making things work.
Today, I bring that experience to small nonprofits and mission-driven teams that need real solutions. No fluff. No jargon. Just clear thinking, deep listening, and practical help that gets things moving.
I believe good tools serve people. Not the other way around.
