I’m a systems thinker with 30 years’ experience building order out of chaos. I take messy business logic and turn it into technical specs to automate processes. I’ve worked on both sides of the process/tech framework that organizations depend on. I functioned as a bridge to provide an efficient workflow for the employees inside that framework.

My background spans database design, legacy system rescue, workflow analysis, user training and data cleanup/analysis.
